The Wastewater Collection Systems Operator II is responsible for performing skilled maintenance and service work on municipal utility service lines and systems. This role involves operating heavy and light equipment, troubleshooting issues, conducting system tests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The operator will also interact with customers and maintain accurate records while working under the supervision of the Lead Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator and the Wastewater Superintendent.
