About The Position

We are seeking a Working Foreman with construction experience in water/wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations for a Direct Hire opportunity in the DMV area (including Manassas, Leesburg, and surrounding municipalities). This role offers long-term career growth, with an opportunity to transition into managing a single site later in the year.

Requirements

• Experience in water/wastewater construction (treatment plants, pumping stations, municipal projects)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors efficiently
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and job site regulations
• Comfortable traveling between job sites; no daily office check-in required

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and troubleshoot routine job site issues
• Ensure safety regulations are strictly followed on-site
• Develop daily and weekly work schedules based on project needs and crew availability
• Oversee and coordinate subcontractor activities and workflow
• Delegate tasks to crew members and monitor project progress
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring team members
• Ensure projects stay on time and within budget
• Provide regular status updates to supervisors and project managers
• Address and resolve conflicts or miscommunications on-site
