About The Position

Performs duties on a daily basis to safely and reliably operate Industrial Waste Treatment Plant to ensure compliance to all State and Federal discharge permits at all times. 3rd Shift Sunday-Friday 11pm-7am Starting Rate: Up to $34.74 plus shift differential Responsibilities Include: Performs all actions necessary to repair and maintain equipment in the IWTP Works with appropriate personnel in the chemical treatment of boilers, cooling water, sewage and industrial waste, etc. Implements the appropriate corrective measures to ensure production remains operational in the event of an upset condition in any of the related work areas (i.e. furnaces, annealing, etc). Works directly with Operations and Maintenance personnel to communicate and coordinate work schedules. Maintains an awareness of safe work practices and actively prevents conditions that may result in an unsafe situation for themselves or employees or harm the environment. Performs daily rounds to conform with facility’s Local, State and Federal Regulations. Supports regulatory reporting requirements. Education / Experience: H.S Diploma or GED Must possess a minimum of Class C Water and/or Wastewater License. Requirements

• H.S Diploma or GED
• Must possess a minimum of Class C Water and/or Wastewater License.
