Requirements

Ability to physically perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Lock out/Tag out
Pallet Jack and Fork Lift Certification
All employees are required to attend employee and safety orientation prior to performing the above duties.
Confined Space Awareness
Welding, Cutting and Brazing
Machine Guarding
Fire Extinguisher Training
Hand Tool Safety
Hot Works
Electrical Safety
Lock out / Tag out
Walking, bending frequently, lifting over 50 lbs, climbing ladders and stairs occasionally.
Hearing protection
Designated Footwear
Eye/Face Protection
Hand Protection
Know how to use and locate the emergency stop switch.
Know location of primary and secondary emergency exits.
Know and use proper lifting techniques.
Always be aware of pallet jack traffic (electric and hand jack)

Responsibilities

The employee will be assigned equipment that he/she is responsible f or maintain the preventative maintenance schedule assigned to the equipment by Plant Maintenance Manager.
During operational hours of the processing plant the employee will perform demand maintenance repairs and adjustments in his assigned operations area.
The employee will also be assigned tasks to be completed on a daily basis as designated by the waste water supervisor.
Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client.
