About The Position

In this position, you will be a key member of our Waste Management Team. Must be trustworthy, work well with others, and able to work with limited supervision. You will be responsible for operating baling equipment for cardboard and plastic. Pick up materials (recyclables and waste) from production departments, operate wood grinders, and operate a forklift. Participate in all waste handling and recycling activities as needed including processing waste onsite. Training will be provided. Must be trustworthy and be able to work with limited supervision. Must be always work with safety in mind.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• General experience with computers is preferred but willing to train.
• CDL or the ability to obtain a CDL via the Marvin CDL program within 6 months.

• Operate baling equipment for cardboard and plastic.
• Pick up materials (recyclables and waste) from production departments.
• Operate wood grinders.
• Operate a forklift.
