YES! then this opportunity is for you. Sales Brokerage and/or Waste Industry Sales Experience Highly Preferred. The Alpha Dumpster Brokerage Manager is responsible for optimizing the customer experience by actively training the inside sales team, managing current customer relationships and developing solid relationships with new customers. The Sales Manager will train, mentor, and hire the Alpha team to meet company sales goals, build relationships and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
Two years of sales or call center managerial experience preferred
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Superior written and oral communication skills combined with above average organization, interpersonal, listening, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Professional demeanor and adaptability required to change as dictated by situation(s).
Proficiency in using array of software packages, including MS Outlook, Word, PPT and Excel.
Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
Creative thinker with the ability to produce innovative solutions
Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, driving, etc.) most of the workday.

Nice To Haves

Sales Brokerage and/or Waste Industry Sales Experience Highly Preferred.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, coach, and lead the Sales Team to provide support for customers.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet business goals and streamline processes. Ensure lead follow up is timely.
Answer and guide the sales team through difficult calls or issues to diffuse customer escalations. Resolve escalated issues as needed.
Lead team meetings and provide clear expectations of best practices and goals.
Support team by assisting as needed on projects and daily tasks.
Researches and stays current regarding competitor services. Maintains awareness of competition and trends affecting the industry.
Develops strategies and goals based on changing market conditions and customer needs.
Employees in this job classification must attend and participate in corporation sponsored training courses as assigned.
Employees in this job classification are responsible for keeping up to date on current technology, as job appropriate, being used by Alpha Dumpster.
Any additional job duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
