About The Position

The Washroom Attendant is responsible for placing soiled items in the washers and set washers at appropriate settings. Attendants will then remove items, place in dryers then deliver to tumble fold area.

Responsibilities

• Secure slings/carts full of soiled items.
• Bring the slings to the hoist area.
• Bring carts to washer area.
• Load the washers and program it based on the individual formula pertaining to the item.
• Remove washed items and place in dryer, programming based on the individual formula pertaining to the item.
• Remove items from dryer.
• Place other items in a basket and deliver to appropriate area.
• Adhere to quality standards in terms of washed and dried items.
• Understand, observe, and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Assist and perform other duties as assigned.
