We're looking for a reliable and proactive Washer Technician to take charge of our washing operations and play a key role in supporting our production team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with industrial washing systems that are critical to our product quality and overall workflow. You'll be responsible for setting up and fine-tuning equipment, maintaining chemical balances, and ensuring everything is clean, safe, and ready to go-every single day.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Previous experience operating or maintaining washing or cleaning equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and work collaboratively with other team members, including temporary staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess and maintain chemical usage.
  • Must maintain a reliable record of attendance and punctuality
  • Show initiative, motivation and be able to multi-task without direction
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess a strong sense of determination

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience operating or maintaining washing or cleaning equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Arrive 15 minutes before shift starts to prepare washing equipment and ensure a smooth production startup.
  • Prioritize items for washing based on the daily production schedule.
  • Maintain proper chemical balance in washing systems and document all relevant data.
  • Clean washer tanks, lines, and related components as needed.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to washing equipment.
  • Accurately complete daily production records and reports.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area always.
  • Support paint line and production areas as needed.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Perform other duties as assigned
