Become part of our great team as a Washer Dryer Operator.The operator uses washer and dryer to remove dirt from finished parts. Specific Duties The operator performs these activities: 1.Completes daily time card. 2. Follows and signs work orders. 3. If required, completes work order changes. 4. Changes temperature recorder charts on ovens. 5. Follows safety rules. The operator may perform any of these operations: 1. Removes dirt from parts using a washer. 2. Removes dirt from parts using a washer and Horsepower cleaner. 3. Dries parts after washing using a dryer. 4. Post cures parts using a conveyor oven. 5. Post cures parts using a batch oven. 6. Post cures parts by tumbling them in a batch oven. 7. Post cures parts in a batch oven filled with nitrogen. 8. Deflashes parts using the large rock tumbler. 9. Deflashes parts using the bowl grinder. 10. Sorts parts using a flotation tank.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience: six months' previous factory experience.
  • Minimum education: 12th grade or equivalent.
  • Must read, write, and speak English.
  • Stands on concrete floor up to 10 hours.
  • Lifts tubs of molded parts weighing up to 30 pounds.
