About The Position

This position is responsible for washing and cleaning of equipment inventory. The role involves ensuring that machines and equipment are maintained in good condition and ready for use. The employee will model and promote HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools and processes to align with the company's vision, values, and mission.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• First-class attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
• Quality control analysis skills
• Operation and control skills
• Equipment selection skills
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in mechanical repair
• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing
• Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences

Responsibilities

• Washes and cleans machines and equipment
• Inspects and performs check-out and check-in procedures
• Documents equipment condition before and after utilization
• Assists with routine inspections, minor repairs, and general maintenance
• Maintains equipment inventory systems per standard operating procedures
• Assists with equipment demonstrations and loading and unloading of equipment
• Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
• Works safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies
• Performs other duties as assigned
