About The Position

The Wash Rack Laborer is responsible for degreasing, washing, and detailing equipment that arrives new from the factory, returns from rental, or requires cleaning before or after repairs. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.
• Personal accountability and self-management to prioritize and complete all tasks required of the position.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Steam clean and detail heavy equipment, parts, and components.
• Operate heavy equipment to move it to and from the steam pad and to organize the equipment yard as needed.
• Ensure the steam pad and assigned equipment is maintained and functioning safely and properly.
• Complete and submit assigned work order reports, time entry, and all other paperwork daily.
• Provide janitorial support to the shop as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by the Sales Coordinator.
