Wash Bay Attendant Job Description: Job Summary The role of Wash Bay / Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bus fleet. This includes cleaning bus interiors and exteriors, operating wash bay equipment, and ensuring that all buses meet company standards for presentation and sanitation. The Wash Bay / Cleaner works closely with operations and maintenance staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and ensure buses are ready for service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bus interiors including floors, seats, and windows
• Operate wash bay equipment to clean bus exteriors
• Inspect buses for cleanliness and damage
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for bus availability
• Report any damage or maintenance needs identified during cleaning
