Job Purpose: To assist in the research and response (via phone and in person) to all customer service inquiries received from Dan Ryan Builders’ new home customers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in scheduling and conducting post settlement homeowner warranty tickets/ calls • Assist in investigating to determine need for service; act as liaison between homeowners and subcontractors to schedule service and follow-up • Identify and report to Production Manager potential home construction defects • Assist in approving service invoices and monitor service repair budgets • Other duties as assigned
