As a Warranty Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers by diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining their swimming pools and equipment. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a background in swimming pool service or construction, we want to hear from you! Plus, we're throwing in a company vehicle for good measure!

Requirements

• A deep understanding of pool construction and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warranty claims, make site visits, and canvas reports.
• Communicate effectively with the Scheduling Team and customers.
• Document every phase of pool installation with digital photos and ensure all inspections check off.
• Keep customers informed, answering their questions, and smoothing out scheduling bumps.
• Regularly meet with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are on track and tackle any issues.
• Assist Design Consultants and the Sales team in pre-site evaluations to prevent problems.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on job sites.
• Maintain meticulous construction files, permits, and paperwork.
• Be ready for other projects and tasks as they arise.
