Additionally, the supervisor will track credit memos owed to Gemaire for warranty claims and vendor returns, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation. The position requires efficient use of vendor portals to monitor, track, and follow up on open claims and returns, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Proactive troubleshooting and resolution of issues during the warranty claims and returns process are essential to maintain smooth operations. The supervisor will also monitor claim closure rates and implement improvements as necessary, while maintaining clear communication with vendors regarding the status of warranty claims and vendor returns. Support to Sales Centers in addressing warranty and vendor-related issues is also a key responsibility.
