Requirements

  • EDUCATION: University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2-year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: Be proficient in SAP, Lawson, Mapics, excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Highly customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Handles E2E warranty related activities including data input, processing, and maintenance of warranty databases.
  • Create NCRs, process Freight Claim and RMAs.
  • Supports customers by processing warranty claims, answering warranty claims related questions.
  • Communicates with suppliers on warranty related issues.
  • Collaborates with various operations teams to research and resolve warranty issues.
  • Coordinates with Accounting to process payments for warranty claims and helps perform other day-to-day tasks including create requisitions and prepare reports.
  • Approve claims with a value of up to $1000.
  • Be able to process all extended warranties
  • Identify RMA/Warranty issues and communicate to Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.
  • Perform E2E Warranty process (From claim submission in GP CRM to issuing credit to customer)
  • Perform various additional assignments.
