The Warranty & Returns Coordinator is responsible for managing warranty claims and returns from customers. This role involves liaising with both customers and suppliers to resolve warranty and return issues, raising and allocating customer credits and refunds, and coordinating the return of service exchange parts from customers to the warehouse as needed. The coordinator will also raise and send return labels to customers for returns, warranties, and service exchanges, while managing and organizing their own case load of warranty claims and returns.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is required; ability to speak an additional European language is a benefit.
