About The Position

Warranty Services Representative
The Warranty Services Representative provides advanced support to customers via phone and electronic communication, handling all aspects of warranty service requests—including dispatching, warranty validation, registration, vendor authorization, and service provider coordination.

Requirements

• Warranty claims processing
• Customer support / customer service
• Data entry
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in computer systems, CRM and ERP platforms, and general business software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple products and prioritize tasks.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs quotation processing over the phone, email and fax.
• Enter orders into the system and confirm orders to customer via email/fax.
• Process shipping instructions and packing lists to warehouse.
• Filing orders and checking customer’s open orders.
• Perform Physical Inventory when necessary
• Back up billing role for the office and other branches when necessary.
• Support outside sales inquiry needs. (Stock and price check, open orders)
• Process quotation for outside sales.
• Process internal transfers
• Other additional tasks may be assigned
