Position: Warranty & Repair Coordinator – Osprey Work Location: Cortez, CO. 100% Onsite Hours: Monday- Friday (8-5 p.m.)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to safely operate hand and power tools, perform backpack disassembly and assembly.
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to differentiate between sizes of Osprey backpack products.
  • Basic computer proficiency: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work effectively in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to travel up to four times per year for Osprey repair events.
  • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

  • College-level coursework or degree.
  • Prior experience in product repair, parts selection, or trades requiring the use of tools.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service or Retail Environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the efficient and timely expo of repaired product shipping from Cortez, Colorado location.
  • Process and ship parts requests, receive both inventory and non-inventory items, re-stock pick lines, and perform general warehouse maintenance.
  • Process part requests from automated system and verify that the correct part is being packaged.
  • Package product to minimize shipping charges and in-transit damage.
  • Record required information for accurate data entry into software programs.
  • Check in and add newly received products/parts to stock.
  • Take inventory of shipping supplies and add to stock.
  • Ensure that pick lines are fully stocked and remove empty cartons/packages from pick bins.
  • Dust mop the warehouse and remove loose trash and debris.
  • Run lift equipment with proficiency and ensure that all equipment is charged and/or fueled sufficiently.
  • Back up to W&R Flex Repair pack shipping process and process repaired product for return to customer.
  • Quickly and accurately verify that the correct product is being packed.
  • Process and ship orders for other internal departments.
