Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in warranty administration or management, preferably in RV, automotive, or dealership service environments.
  • Proven experience with RV warranty systems, claim portals (e.g., OEM platforms), and coding (labor ops, failure codes, parts stamps).
  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's in Business, Automotive Tech, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience supervising small teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, dealership management software (IDS), and warranty-specific tools.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written), detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities; ability to handle high-volume claims under deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of RV systems (electrical, plumbing, structural) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all warranty processing, including reviewing repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Manage submission of manufacturer and aftermarket warranty claims, track payments, and follow up on rejections to maximize recovery (target: 95%+ reimbursement rate).
  • Lead and supervise a team of warranty administrators and technicians, providing training on claim coding, documentation, and best practices.
  • Analyze warranty data, trends, and claims to identify issues, reduce denials, and implement process improvements for better efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, parts department, and manufacturers to verify coverage, secure approvals, and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Maintain detailed records, prepare performance reports, and ensure adherence to audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with RV manufacturers (Jayco) and monitor accounts receivable for timely collections.
  • Support customer service by addressing warranty-related inquiries and coordinating repairs to uphold our commitment to RV adventure without interruptions.
