As a Warranty Coordinator at Wastequip, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of warranty cases and maintaining essential documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files, conducting research for various projects, and handling customer complaints effectively. You will be responsible for processing warranty cases using Salesforce, collaborating with the Accounting department to manage customer and vendor credits, and overseeing the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) process for warranty cases. Additionally, you will create technical service bulletins as directed by technical support and update equipment manuals as necessary. Your role will also involve photocopying, scanning, and filing documents, along with performing other duties as assigned. To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. A thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based programs, is essential. Experience with Salesforce, Adobe InDesign, and AutoCAD is a plus. You will be expected to understand and interpret relevant policies and procedures clearly and accurately, and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervising personnel, co-workers, and subordinates.
