This role is responsible for administering warranty claims, coordinating repairs, partnering with internal teams and trade partners, and serving as a trusted point of contact for homeowners after move‑in. This position requires construction knowledge, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a customer‑first mindset. Warranty Coordinators are expected to manage multiple claims simultaneously while ensuring timely, high‑quality resolutions that align with Homebound’s warranty standards and service expectations. This role must be located in Houston, TX.
