The Warranty Claims Specialist I is responsible for reviewing warranty and policy work orders, and the processing of warranty claims to CAT and Non-CAT original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The incumbent will manage daily tasks in an efficient and effective manner, in order to assure maximum financial recovery is received to offset warranty spend. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.
