About The Position

The Warranty Administrator I is an entry level position responsible for answering calls and responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints. May escalate issues to technical support as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with customer service preferred.
  • HVAC industry experience helpful.
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and responds to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Communicates clearly with customers to determine needs and find effective solutions.
  • Follow proper RGA procedures as outlined in training and feedback provided by supervisor.
  • Assign and track XOI calls to Technical Support Specialist as needed to ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions for field related calls.
  • Consistently deliver a high level of customer service to exceed customer needs.
  • Provide input on processes and procedures for continuous improvement purposes.
