BMW of Pembroke Pines, a member of the Holman Automotive Group, is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely processing of warranty claims while maintaining strong communication across departments and with BMW North America.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years of warranty administration experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Accurately code and book repair orders in accordance with BMW warranty guidelines
  • Prepare and submit warranty claims to BMW NA, ensuring all required documentation is complete
  • Verify labor times, operations, parts, and sublet pricing for each repair order
  • Record and track warranty claims, ensuring corrected amounts are reported to management
  • Collaborate with Service Managers, Shop Foremen, Service Advisors, Dispatchers, Parts personnel, Technicians, and BMW NA to resolve claim issues
  • Maintain compliance with manufacturer policies and dealership standards
