Job Description: Review maintenance events, component removals, repairs, and replacements for warranty eligibility. Submit and track warranty claims with OEMs, vendors, repair stations, and service providers. Coordinate required documentation for warranty claims. Follow up on open claims to ensure timely resolution and reimbursement. Maintain warranty status records for aircraft components, parts, and repairs. Review maintenance work orders and service records for billable labor, parts, travel, and miscellaneous charges. Ensure all labor hours, materials, vendor charges, and field service expenses are accurately captured. Reconcile vendor invoices and maintenance charges against work performed. Assist in identifying missed billing opportunities and cost recovery items. Maintain organized records for warranty claims, billing files, service events, and customer support documentation. Assist with tracking repair orders, outside vendor work, and parts-related financial documentation. Support closeout of maintenance events to ensure all records are complete and ready for billing or claim submission. Help develop and improve internal processes related to maintenance billing and warranty recovery. Support audits or internal reviews related to billing documentation and maintenance financial records.
