As a Warranty Administrator, you will process and resolve branch warranty claims. You will also manage product complaints including branch/manufacturer communications. This is a hybrid role in our Scottsdale, AZ corporate office What you'll do: Field branch & manufacturer requests and questions Organize and review work orders to determine warranty claim eligibility File claims manually and on-line with manufacturers on a daily basis Perform claim maintenance in Rental Man recording claims sent to manufacturers Process and track warranty claims until resolution has been recorded Communicate as needed with branches and suppliers to facilitate the reimbursement of the warranty claims or re-filing if necessary Record credit memos and/or denials in claim maintenance for all warranty claims Attend and prepare manufacturer information for supplier meetings as needed Research and record status of claims for monthly claim aging & controller spreadsheets for follow-up and resolution of outstanding claims Special analysis projects, presentations and assistance to Asst. Warranty Manager as needed Attend and prepare manufacturer information for supplier meetings as needed Create manufacturer informational sheets for intranet posting Conduct and participate in warranty WebEx classes Other duties assigned as needed
