Our service department is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Warranty Clerk who knows dealership warranty processes and enjoys being a behind-the-scenes hero for our customers and team.

Requirements

• Have prior warranty clerk experience (RV, automotive, marine, or powersports dealership)
• Understand manufacturer warranty guidelines and processes
• Are detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are comfortable using computers and dealership systems
• Can manage multiple claims without breaking a sweat

Responsibilities

• Submit, track, and follow up on RV manufacturer warranty claims
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
• Review repair orders for accuracy, labor times, and documentation
• Keep warranty records organized and up to date
• Help ensure claims are paid correctly and on time
• Support a smooth, efficient service department
