About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to manage and process Harley-Davidson warranty claims. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate claim submission, effective follow-up, and proper tracking of credits while maintaining clear communication with dealership staff and Harley-Davidson. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, comfortable working with dealership software, and experienced in the service or warranty side of a powersports dealership.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience at a Harley-Davidson motorcycle dealership
  • Experience working with Lightspeed DMS
  • Prior warranty administration or service department experience in powersports or automotive

Responsibilities

  • Access dealership Dealer Management Software (DMS) to review repair orders and gather required information.
  • Enter and submit warranty claims through Harley-Davidson Online systems.
  • Follow up with Harley-Davidson regarding submitted claims, answering questions and providing additional documentation when required.
  • Communicate with dealership Service Department staff to clarify repair details and obtain essential information.
  • Notify appropriate staff of required warranty parts returns and track completion.
  • Monitor claims through the crediting process and verify correct payment.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.
