About The Position

Automotive Warranty Administrator. Full Time Hybrid We are currently looking to hire an Automotive Warranty Administrator. Essential Functions Accurately coding warranty claims and entering into the dealership management system (Reynolds). Processing warranty claims to ensure documentation and verifying repairs meet Mazda warranty policy requirements. Reviewing warranty claims and correcting all errors that impede payment transaction from Mazda and/or vendor. Provides a high level of coaching and counseling to service consultants and repair technicians. Booking/coding/technician flagging on all warranty & service contract repair orders. Maintains a high level of knowledge for all Mazda campaigns, TSB's, SSM's and product concerns. Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department to obtain payments. Handle rejected claims according to dealership and/or Mazda specifications. Daily follow up on outstanding claims and service consultant open repair orders. Maintaining all service and customer records as required Mazda to dealership requirements. Achieves Mazda Certification Warranty Administration. Responsibilities

  • Accurately coding warranty claims and entering into the dealership management system (Reynolds).
