This position plays a critical role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently while supporting our service advisors, technicians, and management team. Requirements
- Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Warranty administration / claims experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Submit and process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and promptly
- Review repair orders to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements
- Track warranty receivables and reconcile warranty payments
- Follow up on rejected or pending claims and resubmit as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate warranty records and documentation
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers
- Assist with customer inquiries and support the service department as needed
- Help ensure warranty processes meet dealership and manufacturer standards
