Requirements

• Prior RV Warranty Writing experience is desired.
• General warranty claims experience is desired.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Professional appearance is a must.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review and process warranty claims to the manufacturers within 4 days of the work order closed date
• Obtain warranty pre-authorization approvals from the vendors
• Assist technicians with technical support from manufacturer
• Ship required defective parts under warranty back to the vendor as needed for claim approval
• Track and maintain Accounts Receivables and manage claim shortages
• Review work orders for accuracy and completion and investigate and correct any errors
• Apply manufacturer warranty billing codes
• Assist in the training of Technicians and Service Writers on warranty processes
• Follow manufacturer guidelines to reduce warranty shortages
• Maintain and purge defective warranty parts
• Ensure that all warranty information is filed; which includes all claims submitted, returned, rejected or paid.
• Participate in daily quality and efficiency morning meetings with frontline teams
• Collaborate with Service Manager on establishing and achieving monthly service sales goals
• Follow the procedure of the Keep You Camping™ program
