About The Position

Tooele Motor Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior dealership experience and a strong understanding of warranty processes, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive dealership experience required
  • Experience with warranty administration preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Dealertrack is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review and verify warranty documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Communicate with manufacturers regarding claim approvals, rejections, and follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records of all warranty transactions
  • Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure proper documentation
  • Monitor and reconcile warranty receivables
  • Stay up to date with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures
