About The Position
As a Warhead Design & Test Engineer at Anduril Industries, you will play a crucial role in the design and testing of advanced warheads and missile systems. Your primary responsibility will be to transition these systems from prototype to production, ensuring that they meet the rigorous standards required for military applications. You will be involved in quickly creating high-fidelity prototype parts to assess their effectiveness through rigorous testing on the range. This position requires you to manage the entire testing process of munitions products, which includes project planning, designing experiments, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the testing phases. In addition to design and testing, you will capture test video, compile data from both ground and flight tests, and analyze the results to inform future designs and improvements. Your role will also involve the assembly and disassembly of explosive test articles and precision targets, requiring a meticulous approach to ensure safety and accuracy in all operations. This position is integral to Anduril's mission of transforming military capabilities through advanced technology, and you will be at the forefront of this innovative work.
