About The Position
CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an Employee-Owned Management Consulting and Digital Transformation company, is seeking an individual who will support missions of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) J8. As a Wargame Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and executing wargames that focus on the unique requirements of the National Guard to include Civil Support and Domestic Operations. This position requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently to produce high-quality wargames that inform policy, strategy, and decision-making. This is an in-place position with opportunity for limited situational telework.
