About The Position

A. Duie Pyle is seeking a part-time Warehouser to join their team in New Castle, DE. The role involves safely loading and unloading freight, organizing, and packing/unpacking items in the warehouse. Candidates should be prepared for a flexible schedule that may include day and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight, and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trailers using appropriate equipment such as carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Picking, packing, and staging freight for pickup.
• Physically lifting and moving boxes.
• Utilizing scanners to read, track, and monitor freight throughout the warehouse.
• Operating with a customer service first mentality.
