About The Position
Adecco is hiring immediately for a warehouse loader job in Monroe, NJ. This position offers weekly pay starting at $18.00 per hour along with competitive benefits that include options such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with start times varying between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM. The hours may fluctuate based on the volume of work, providing a dynamic work environment. As a warehouse loader, you will be responsible for loading trucks and sorting packages according to company standards. You will also verify and identify parts and materials, including checking for any damaged items. The role requires operating RF scanners and using a manual pallet jack to move packages around the warehouse. Additionally, you may be assigned other duties by your supervisor as needed. This position is ideal for individuals who can take initiative and work with minimal direction, as well as those who can communicate effectively in both group and private settings. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 70 lbs with assistance, making it essential for candidates to be physically capable of handling the demands of the job.
