About The Position

Eagle Distributing is seeking a self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail to work in the warehouse, pull orders and load trucks. The person selected to fill this position will be expected to learn the skills needed to safely and effectively pull a customer’s order from the warehouse, stage it, obtain verification and then load each truck in a manner that will ensure the accuracy of each customer’s order. New members of the Warehouse team work closely with more experienced team members and the managers to learn the skills needed to be successful, and will learn and comply with the Warehouse procedures and policies and all quality control standards. All team members are expected to participate in cleaning and organizing the Warehouse each night after the shift. This position is accountable for the rotation, order-pulling, and loading of all products, including adherence to first-in, first-out inventory methods, to ensure inventory accuracy and product freshness. We’re seeking a reliable individual who has good work habits, including safe work practices, good attendance and punctuality, the ability to work well and get along with others, and the ability to learn and apply new skills.
