NC - Warehouse
About The Position
Overall, we are looking for someone who has concrete experience and has experience with a stand forklift. Need to be self starting and able to take directions and run with task We ship refrigerators/freezers – they are heavy. Units are moved on pallet jacks but often have to move them off pallets to new pallets and involves tilting and supporting sides, etc. Need someone who has pretty broad warehouse/distribution experience in a smaller/mid-sized environment; not looking for someone who has worked in a massive warehouse and did one task every day Every day is different here from ocean containers of units coming in and having to unload the containers, rack inventory, scan inventory, we build our own pallets (wood working would be a +) and cleanliness etc.
Requirements
- Experience with stand forklift
- Self-starting and able to take directions
- Broad warehouse/distribution experience in a smaller/mid-sized environment
- Forklift certification –sit or stand
- Experience with scanning A++
