About The Position

Our Sales Representatives represent Mexcor International in the marketplace as an ambassador of the Mexcor brand. This individual is passionate, innovative, and self-motivated with a business-oriented mindset with a laser focus on customer service. Our Sales Representative's primary responsibilities are to visit the customer, have the right consultative sales approach, and increase sales revenue. Face-to-face consultative selling built on trusting relationships drives maximum value to our customer and supplier partners as well as to the Mexcor organization.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Professional with a positive attitude, great organizational skills.
  • Ability to establish working relationships with accounts.
  • Self-Motivated & Goal oriented with proven track record of achieving sales and profit goals.
  • Possess a cell phone, dependable vehicle, valid driver license, proof of state registration and insurance.
  • Must be open to working occasional weekend hours.
  • Ability to lift, push and pull several cases on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • Operate assigned handheld unit to create labels; correctly place labels on product.
  • Hand select orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures.
  • Stack product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures.
  • Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport product.
  • Stage selected pallets for loading on proper dock locations.
  • Follow Mexcor preferred work methods at all times.
  • Follow sanitation requirements in order to comply with policy set forth by the Company.
  • Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment.
  • Frequently lift product that weighs 1-75 lbs, up to 100 lbs.
  • Shrink-wrap product on loading dock.
  • Attend all required company meetings and daily safety meetings.
