About The Position

A Warehouse Worker manages daily logistics, including receiving, scanning, storing, picking, packing, loading and shipping inventory . Key duties involve operating forklifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe, organized workspace. Physical stamina to lift over 50 pounds, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols are critical.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, lift 50+ pounds, and perform strenuous physical labor.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with Radio Frequency (RF) scanners.
• Flexibility to work, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming inventory, verify items against shipping documents, and inspect for damage.
• Stock, scan, label, and organize materials in appropriate warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring efficient dispatch.
• Safely operate machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA or company safety regulations.
• Other tasks as assigned
