About The Position

Join Our Team as a Warehouse Worker - Night Shift at PACE Supply in Stockton, CA! PACE Supply Distribution Center in Stockton, CA, has immediate openings for experienced Warehouse Workers on our Night Shift. Our Warehouse Workers are responsible for picking, receiving, and putting away products, operating an Order Picker (cherry picker) and/or Reach Lift, and using an RF Gun to scan products. Candidates must be able to meet company productivity standards. This is your chance to: Gear Up and Go: Operate order picking equipment like cherry pickers and reach lifts to efficiently select and/or put away variety of products. Requirements

• Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance of the job would qualify.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and reading communication skills.
• Dedication to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in time management, consistently meeting responsibilities within designated timeframes.
• Collaborative mindset, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external interactions with customers and manufacturers.
• Basic math skills, including counting and performing computations up to four digits.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including keyboarding.
• Proficient in English, including reading, writing, and oral communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, considering all factors and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Adherence to workplace rules, methods, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Accurately locate and pick items from inventory based on customer or work orders.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and descriptions against order specifications.
• Safely retrieve products from various storage areas, including shelving, racks, or bins.
• Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and quality.
• Transport products to designated storage locations using forklifts or other equipment.
• Properly store items in shelving, racks, or bins according to warehouse standards and organizational systems.
• Ensure products are stored safely and in a manner that optimizes space and accessibility.
• Update inventory systems or use RF scanners to record the location of stored items.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, or RF scanners to locate and transport items.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Restock shelves or bins with incoming inventory as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
• Report any discrepancies or damaged items to supervisors.
• Inspect picked items to ensure they meet quality and quantity requirements.
• Handle products with care to prevent damage during picking and transport.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work with other team members to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors to resolve order issues or clarify tasks.
