About The Position

This is a temporary 2nd shift Warehouse Worker position in Bonham, focusing on shake/deburr tasks. The role involves reading work instructions, visually inspecting parts for cosmetic defects, verifying part classification, and deburring parts according to prints. The worker must comply with safety and environmental regulations, accurately complete work orders, and follow all verbal and written instructions. The position also requires working with handheld air tools and hand files. The shift is Monday-Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2 AM, with potential for overtime and some Fridays.

Requirements

Able to read work instructions
Able to make a visual inspection of parts for cosmetic defects
Able to verify the proper classification of parts from the work order
Able to deburr parts according to the print
Able to select the appropriate deburr method
Must be able to comply with all safety and environmental regulations
Must be able to complete work orders accurately
Able to understand and follow all verbal and written instructions
Able to work with handheld air tools and hand files

Responsibilities

Able to read work instructions and make a visual inspection of parts for cosmetic defects.
Verifies the proper classification of the parts from the work order prior to starting the deburring operation.
Deburr parts according to the print, get first part check before starting production.
Select the appropriate deburr method if not determined on the print or traveler.
Must be able to comply with all safety and environmental regulations.
Must be able to complete work orders associated with the job, assuring that it is accurately completed prior to moving to the next operation.
Able to understand and follow all verbal and written instructions.
Perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Able to work with handheld air tools and hand files as required.
