Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• DL is required
• Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to frequently lift from 40+ lbs
• Ability to access and mobility in tight spaces
• Ability for sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Hardworking with a “do-what-it-takes” attitude
• Great attitude and high level of energy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy
• Ability to provide above and beyond customer service
• Ability to act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values

Nice To Haves

• Previous roofing experience
• Bilingual
• Moffett experience

Responsibilities

• Pick up materials from storage or material houses and double-check said material
• Safely operate assigned equipment: i.e. forklift, Moffett experience a plus
• Return any unused materials back
• Cleans and maintains stock areas
• Helps maintain accurate material inventory
• Report any unsafe job site or injury immediately to supervisor
• Demonstrate and understand compliance of the company’s safety processes
• Work in a fast paced environment with accuracy
• Provide above and beyond customer service
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values
• Restock product
• Organize merchandise to company standards to ensure customers may shop with ease
• Load out customers with the correct product
• Help customers find products as needed and answer customer questions
• Be available to assist in other areas as needed
• Keep the work area clean and safe
• All other duties assigned
