Work Authorization : To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Your Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday with overtime as required including some weekends. Requirements

Flexibility to perform a variety of job assignments
Familiar with basic computer operations
Basic Math and Reading Skills
Ability to work as a team member and independently
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
Frequently required to move inside the facility
Regularly move up to 50+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

Responsibilities

Assemble products, components, or materials into predefined kits based on Kitting work orders (KQWs)
Verify correct parts, quantities, and specifications before and after kitting
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines
Inspect components for defects or damage prior to assembly
Label, package, and prepare completed kits for storage, shipment, or production use
Accurately record completed kits and inventory movements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Report shortages, discrepancies, or quality issues to a supervisor
