About The Position
Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or using equipment. Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times. Perform inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and in varying warehouse conditions
- Basic math and reading skills to interpret inventory labels and orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented with good communication and time-management skills
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience a plus but not required
- Familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners) preferred
