About The Position
Johnson Brothers of Hawaii has been operating for the past 34 years on island providing quality products and services. We are seeking a top-notch professional with industry experience. The most ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organization abilities. This position has primary responsibility for replenishment and/ or put-away activities. FULL-TIME or PART-TIME SHIFTS: Hours available between 5:30am and 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience
- Ability to lift up-to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly
- Must be a minimum of 21 years old
- Ability to work independently, be self-managed and motivated to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Complete our forklift certification program
- Put away inbound pallets of freight in both racked and bulk locations
- Replenish locations for selection
- Utilize Warehouse Management System bar code scanning system to accurately account for and locate product
- Order selection and cleanup activities as directed
- Issue, receive, pick, and transfer product to maintain accurate inventory
- Safely operate and utilize manual and power equipment
- Loading and unloading of product in an efficient and safe manner
- Check product and packaging for quality purposes prior to shipping
- Reviews orders for shipment to ensure accuracy
- Other warehouse duties and activities as assigned
