This role is for a motivated Warehouse Worker to play a key role in accurately picking, packing, and shipping premium golf products. In this fast-paced role, you will utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to pick various items such as clubs, bags, marketing materials, and specialty store orders with precision. You will be responsible for ensuring every package is packed to specification with correct inserts, labels, and custom components, while coordinating closely with Team Leads to maintain accuracy and workflow. Additionally, you will help organize pick waves, build efficient picking carts, generate packing lists, and support outbound operations by safely loading trailers and securing shipments for transit. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact daily in a hands-on environment where accuracy, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship are highly valued.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic reading and writing skills
Strong organization skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to operate a manual pallet jack

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Experience with Warehouse Manhattan System and RF devices

Responsibilities
