Requirements

Hold a valid California Driver’s License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to physically perform all requirements noted on the Physical Requirements document for warehouse worker
Follow standard works documentation
Clock in to start work on time (not one minute late)
Maintain a professional attitude
Pull 35 lines per hour after first 30 days of employment
Pull 45 lines per hour after first 90 days of employment
Work well with other team members, sub-contractors, and customers
Maintain good attendance and performance standing to be eligible for transfer or promotion

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification preferred
HVAC and plumbing parts knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

Pull warehouse orders according to documented standard works using a RF terminal
Load Villara delivery vehicles according to routing instructions and standard work
Support our field operation with precise order fulfillment
Move materials within the warehouse while maintaining inventory accuracy
Maintain housekeeping standards and address potential workplace hazards
Perform other duties as communicated by the Outbound Supervisor
Contribute to continuous improvement by providing accurate feedback to the leadership team
