About The Position

Legend Brands is hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Nashville TN location to play a critical role in accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, as well as receiving and warehousing functions. Responsibilities include operating forklifts, handling various computer systems, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Initial training for this position will be from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. The shift hours after training will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Overtime may be necessary based on business needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, Microsoft D365 experience a plus
• UPS/FedEx experience preferred
• Ability to lift 35-100 lbs. (with assistance)
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• Hazardous material shipping certificate or ability to obtain
• Strong organizational and communications skills and the ability to multi-task
• Longevity at prior jobs is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders using warehouse technology
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse
• Receive and verify incoming shipments and ensure proper storage
• Process domestic and international shipping documents
• Ensure timely shipment processing, coordinating with transportation providers
• Maintain warehouse organization and assist with inventory control
